An individualized plan to address your challenges during this season of hormone changes, which will include hormone optimization, optimizing energy levels, enhancing sexual health, and improving mental clarity. With compassionate care and evidence-based strategies, Dr. Austin will create a custom plan to empower you to feel more balanced, vibrant, and in control of your health.

How Many Appointments Do You Receive?

The program will occur over 4 appointments to be used within a 6-month timeframe.​

  • 1 Hour Initial Intake Consult

  • 1 Hour Second Appointment to discuss labs and next steps

  • 2x Half Hour Followups

 

  • Patients will have direct email access to Dr. Austin for questions via patient

  • Lab costs can be run through patient insurance

    • Note: Dr. Austin does not profit from patient lab orders​

  • 35% discount on supplement orders made through Fullscript.com

How Much Does It Cost?

Total cost of the reset program is $1,500 and will be spread out over five monthly auto-draft payments of $300 each.​

​

In comparison, regular cost for the same 4 appointments would total $2,000, providing a 25% discount to patients.
